The Career Ladder is designed to assist career counselors, education administrators, training providers and other users identify occupations that are the most likely to lead to advancement to or from a particular occupation.
The career ladder is based on "real world" analysis of occupation-to-occupation movements of * workers over the period 2001 through 2006.
